Thank you for shopping with VIJ Collective and our family of brands. We work to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because our products may be produced and fulfilled from different locations, the information below explains what you can expect.

Where We Ship

At this time, VIJ Collective ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping to additional countries in the future & Production Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after an order is placed.

Some products are created or prepared directly by VIJ Collective, while others are made to order through our production and fulfillment partners. Production times can vary depending on the product, order volume and fulfillment location.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing/production time is separate from the time your package spends in transit after it has shipped.

Shipping Rates

VIJ Collective offers $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping per order within the United States.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Because products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order is shipped in separate packages.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders With Multiple Products

VIJ Collective is home to multiple brands, and some products are produced or shipped from different locations.

As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not necessarily receive your entire order in one shipment.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided for the applicable shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the carrier, destination and fulfillment location. Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or after shipment are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your order appears significantly delayed, lost, or is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please Contact Us.

We will help review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment.

Please double-check the shipping address entered at checkout. VIJ Collective cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
